python用pip安装wxpython出现问题

我今天想着学着用一下wxpython ，然后发现用不了
下面是显示的问题

可能是Python版本问题。wxPython目前只支持到Python 3.9 ，如果是3.10需要把版本降至3.9及以下。

用别的源或用pycharm安装这个库。这是一个网络上的文件响应超时导致的。
