nonebot用CQ码发送视频失败

img_path = 'D:/SSS/01Demo/src/plugins/放工.mp4'
img_path = img_path.replace('\\','/')

msg = MessageSegment.video('[CQ:video,file=file:///{}]'.format(img_path))

报错

go-cqhttp显示这个
