1、环境描述一台maste k8s的版本是 v1.16.0 通过minio官网用helm3部署，
helm3安装后minio后 pods 一直在Pending状态，pvc也是Pending状态，有没有大佬知道
或者来个无坑的部署文档。本人小白

先describe一下pod，看看是什么报错导致pending吧
