spring mvc 使用pom管理jar 包访问index.jsp 404 问题

在创建web project是选择了add maven surpport
项目结构：

为什么会连index.jsp都访问不了啊？

你web.xml 连欢迎页都没设置 他怎么知道你去那呢？？？

／src/main 这些是否正确设置。

感觉是MyEclipse运行maven项目的问题
