WCF测试程序，Wcftestclient.exe，无法使用！

WCF测试程序，Wcftestclient.exe，无法使用！
远程客户端调用都成功了，但是使用Wcftestclient.exe仍然报下面 的错！！

申明： 已经添加上了，我是64位的系统，求助

错误如下：
远程服务器返回了意外响应: (417) Expectation failed。
