GPT4本地部署时出现问题

ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
torchvision 0.15.2 requires torch==2.0.1, but you have torch 1.12.1+cu116 which is incompatible.
peft 0.3.0 requires torch>=1.13.0, but you have torch 1.12.1+cu116 which is incompatible.
