是否可以从Simple简单地迁移所有论坛帖子和用户数据：按wordpress插件到Vanilla论坛？

I want to migrate our forum system from Simple:Press ( a Wordpress forum plugin ) to Vanilla Forums ( open source version running on our own system ). We have quite a bit of existing post data and user data that we would like to keep.

so my question: How can we successfully migrate from Simple Press to Vanilla Forums?
