jupyter notebook 远程访问对文件进行重命名或者移动的时候报错Not Found

背景
anaconda安装在windows电脑上
使用anaconda prompt启动的jupyter notebook，在本地访问是可以正常修改和正常移动的

原因找到了，远程环境有代理造成的
