STM32编码器模式捕获代码有问题(附自己写的编码器模式配置错误代码)

STM32F4系列,自己配置了编码器模式的代码,想捕获外部自带编码器的电机的编码器输出脉冲,但无法捕获到,程序也没有报错,手动转电机后,用仿真器观察对应定时器CNT的值,没有任何变化一直为0,困扰了好几天,有人知道吗orz?
(使用TIM5的12通道,对应通道12引脚为PA1和PA0)
