win11每次通过adp安装apk文件端口被占用该怎么办？

闹心，原本虚拟机是正常的。
报错

• daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037*
  CreateProcess failure, error 2
• failed to start daemon *
  后改端口，换adp文件都没用。

换个adb的版本吧
