在ADS中使用TSMC18RF工艺库的RFMOS管报错！

在ADS中使用TSMC18RF工艺库的RFMOS管报错，然而使用MOS管没有问题。但是目前需要使用RFMOS管，希望能够提供解决问题的办法

问题描述：

电路图为使用ADS扫描RFMOS管的输出特性曲线, 若将RFMOS替换为普通MOS则能正常输出曲线，而RFMOS报错。
ADS软件版本为2017
RFMOS是TSMC0.18umRF工艺库

报错信息如下：
