在循环AT脚本时，发现在python3脚本测试过程中，会在打开AT串口，抛出异常提示could not open port 'com7': PermissionError(13, '连到系统上的设备没有发挥作用。', None, 31。导致串口无法继续打开，得重新插拔设备才行，请问各位有遇到这种情况吗
