【启动报错】Spore 点击后显示 “Could not create the Graphic Device. Direct X is not available. [1002]” 请问怎么办？

问题遇到的现象和发生背景

下载了正版steam上的孢子，点击弹出警告“Could not create the Graphic Device. Direct X is not available. [1002]”
Win官网要求检查DirectX驱动。
当前系统：win10 i9核 3070 DX11 N驱动511.65

运行结果及报错内容

鉴于有Qian（Da）Bei（Lao）说我驱动没更新，或版本不匹配，在此我把dxdiag检查报告贴上来：

后面还有很长 但没啥用，都一些大段的文件地址啥的。我驱动真没问题啊，每次win更新都更了。

我的解答思路和尝试过的方法

dxdiag验证结果显示没问题，一切驱动都是完整且有效的。后续查了显卡驱动，也是最新的。
steam验证完整性，显示不缺文件。
我真不知道怎么办了。

我想要达到的结果

顺利运行spore （孢子），已经追加过酬金了，就一个小问题，别再说我没更新驱动了。
