pycharm 运行单个工程报出以下错误？

出现比较多的错误，因为是第一次使用，后面显示了IndexError: index 0 is out of bounds for axis 0 with size 0 这一串。

IndexError: index 0 is out of bounds for axis 0 with size 0
这个是数组越界问题。
