tombo text_output ERROR：No reads present in --fast5-basedirs.

tombo text_output:

In the previous tonbo detect_modifications, the resulting.tombo.stat file was only 10KB.
Open the.tombo.stat file with HDFView. It is empty.

What should I do? Thanks!
