eclipse中maveninstall失败

从本地导入到eclispe中的一个maven项目，本机安装的是maven3.6.0,pom文件中也修改成maven3.6.0，maven update时，老是下载到这个2.4，导致maven install 失败，和报如下错误，有人知道怎么解决吗？

maven install时报如下错误
