VGG16调用时报出了‘’'numpy.bytes没有属性 'encode'的错误

vgg16_model = VGG16(weights='imagenet', include_top=False, input_shape=(150,150,3))

大家都是用的这行代码，也有人用python3的，为啥就我出了错

AttributeError: 'numpy.bytes_' object has no attribute 'encode'

版本版本。numpy的版本看下有没有对应好
