但是我的本地可以用SSH工具连接到数据库，我的账号密码都没有问题，之前把项目放到过windows服务器上可以正常运行，但是Linux上就不行，现在的情况是war项目不能访问，但是静态的HTML可以访问

如果密码没错你的错误主要分为以下几点：
1.mysql的防火墙没关，mysql默认不允许外网访问
2.mysql配置链接错误，在本地可以连接，很有可能你使用了localhost,在liunx必须要你本机的ip地址，而不是localhost（mysql在本地）
3.linux有防火墙没关，这样导致，本机不能访问liunx
4.两种情况：mysql在本地，mysql在linux服务器上面，根据情况完成链接配置
太明显了，你的数据库密码错啦，应该是在打包之前没有修改数据库链接信息
是不是数据库连接信息ip地址你没有改?你的数据库在liunx系统上吗? 你配置信息里用的localhost. 如果数据库在linux上,那么把localhost 换成127.0.0.1
