之前pip一直用在c盘，然后来装模块的时候出现了Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using的问题
于是就移到d盘环境配置应该都是配好的，改了路径后在执行就出现0xc00000005的问题
建议重装Anaconda3或者Python
