GWAS 分析用gemma报错GSL ERROR

I try to do GWAS ,but it seems something wrong in some samples . other samples do success,

but when i change the sample ,it is wrong ,i have no idea ,hope someone could help me.

the first command is no problem ,but the second is fail as the picture.

1.gemma-0.98.1-linux-static -bfile 75indfilter -gk 2 -o 75indfilter
2.gemma-0.98.1-linux-static -bfile 75indfilter -k output/75indfilter.sXX.txt -n 1 -lmm 1 -o 75indfilter.sXX.txt_lmm1
