Quartus II 使用IP核卡在Generating third-party timing and resource estimation model时如何解决

使用的是13.0破解版，想要生成一个NCO，一开始是卡在top-level上，后来通过强制结束quartus_map.exe解决了，但是随后又来一卡，卡在Generating third-party timing and resource estimation model上，之后报错。之前利用重新安装jre下的文件时，也是在这个阶段出现了错误，直接报错，错误代码为1(code==1). 请求解惑

请问你解决了吗，我也是在生成FFT IP核的时候出现这个错误，但是我无论是新建生成还是第二次修改都是一样报错，在网上搜索可能是device或IP未破解的问题，但不知道如何处理
