Idea的maven更新远程索引提示No available dir found

Idea更新maven的远程仓库索引失败，试了百度上各种办法，还是不行。

以前是的错误提示：

java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: Transfer for nexus-maven-repository-index.properties failed。

折腾过后提示：

WARN - #org.jetbrains.idea.maven - Failed to update Maven indices for: [central] https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2
java.lang.RuntimeException: No available dir found。
