python初学安装tensorflow求帮助

anaconda中无法将python的版本从3.7.4改为3.6是什么原因，下载时间很长，最终还会失败

直接安装python 3.6，然后pip install tensorflow （带-gpu是显卡版本），装好再装anaconda
