I am new to the WordPress and I have created the demo page in WordPress cms section now i want to display that page contents on the index.php file any one can please explain me how can i achieve that
page at WP http://localhost/swebsite/cms/wp-admin/post.php?post=2&action=edit
and want to display that contents on following page http://localhost/swebsite/index.php

Go to Settings > Reading and select the page you have created from the Front page drop down.
