I have website

in word press and as we can see that there is Swedish character in site link so when i try to open
http://www.studentknäck.se/wp-admin
then a is missing from URL that is Swedish character means admin does not open. Even when i try to save posts and pages it saves data but redirects me to wrong page.
so can anyone tell me what can be the exact problem and what are the possible solution?
