Xampp Access Forbidden New Xampp安全概念（错误403）

I have ran into this problem and need help! I have seen other threads about this but the coding isn't the same on mine as I'm running a different version. I am running XAMPP version 1.7.7

when I try to open up my page I get this error:

Access forbidden! New XAMPP security concept: Access to the requested directory is only available from the local network. This setting can be configured in the file "httpd-xampp.conf". If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster. Error 403 25.116.179.32 07/23/16 21:53:03 Apache/2.2.21 (Win32) mod_ssl/2.2.21 OpenSSL/1.0.0e PHP/5.3.8 mod_perl/2.0.4 Perl/v5.10.1

the ip adress 25.116.179.32 is the Hamachi ipv4 adress that I'm attempting to operate my page on. now here is the code in my httpd-xampp.conf file

I've attempted replacing the "require local" with "Require all granted" but that hasn't worked.
