I am using magento's default ups shipping method for shipping rates, the rates from ups api is different from the ups website, when I checked the ups site, there is HST added to the shipping total but the api is not returning tax. When I googled this I got this from ups website's FAQs
Value Added Tax (VAT) is only returned when certain conditions are met. Those conditions differ depending upon the origin, destination, and product utilized.
I don't get any idea of what the condition is. Please help me to get the tax rate in api.
