如何使用JAVA在服务器上上传图像？

I am using this code for getting an URL of the image, and storing the URL in my database. But we cannot use something like connection pooling in php to handle large connections. Is there any alternative such that I can write this code in JAVA or any other alternative way of connection pooling that I can use in php?
