错误：服务'php'无法构建：COPY失败：stat

Currently i'm using ubuntu 18.10. I installed docker .. But when i run this command for compose its installing some dependencies and at the its give's some error.

Command:

COMPOSE_PROJECT_NAME=hello-world docker-compose up -d

ERROR: Service 'php' failed to build: COPY failed: stat /var/lib/docker/tmp/docker-builder288674602/.docker/php/conf.d/00-opcache-recommended-.ini: no such file or directory
