编译错误：无法声明类ResolveBindingsPass

Whoops, looks like something went wrong.

Compile Error: Cannot declare class 
Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Compiler\ResolveBindingsPass, because 
the name is already in use
in ResolveBindingsPass.php

I just installed a project and no matter what I do, even after I clear the cache, I get this error. It works 15 seconds when I launch composer install
Does anyone have any idea what's happening to me? Thank you.
