如何在PHP中计算Excel Rate公式？

I'm trying to calculate Excel rate Formula using this function But it is not giving me exact result. Need help some thing in miss in this code.

Here is the excel formula and values..

=RATE(B4*12,-1*(B5+B6),B2)*12 Here are the values.

B4 = 30 (in years) B5 = 2761.02 B6 = 817 B2 = 5,00,000

I'm using PHP function below.
