用PHP mysql进行treeview

I am trying to generate an array in php from mysql database which will produce a treeview in frontend. The image depicts the scenario.

But if i login with Marry, then only Balak, Jemon and Lebu is coming as array and it does not go to deeper children node. I am a bit stuck with this output.
