原来是没有这样问题的。原来的问题是安装splash的时候里面有两个问题件一直下载不下来。然后我就卸载了重装。就出现了这样的问题。代码如下：

家庭版应该是不支持的，建议升级到专业版，然后装好ubuntu on windows 10，再安装socker
