在wordpress升级到4.2.1后，链接将重定向到其他页面

We have a site hosted with Wordpress 3.3.2, and recently we have upgraded to 4.2.1 using the manual process. We have developed a custom minimal theme to suit our need.

After that we noticed following problems.

• Links of internal page on menu working correctly.
• Few other links are working correctly too.
• But certain links(internal page link) on few pages are getting redirected to a single page.

I have deactivated most of the plugins and have the parmalink set to post name.

The pages on menu are working, while links such as 'Team, Board of Directors' on http://olenepal.org/about-us is getting redirected to itself.

What may be the problem?
