XAMPP tomcat启动报错

是在阿里云上配置的，检查过阿里云安全组端口已经开放。
按网上办法，修改过注册表，添加了Java Development Kit。
重装了JDK(JDK13，第一次是解压的，第二次是用安装程序安装的)
