autoware环境配置等问题

软件:autoware_1.14启动失败 -- ubuntu18 / autoware1.14
$ cd autoware_1.14
$ source install/setup.bash
$ roslaunch runtime_manager runtime_manager.launch

报错如下

入门阶段,环境还没有配置明白,没有什么解决思路。网上也找不到什么相关报错。麻烦大家出些建议
