需要添加系统环境变量，具体操作步骤如下。此电脑 -> 属性 -> 高级 -> 系统设置 -> 环境变量新建系统环境变量。变量值每个人都不同，D:\Python_WorkPlace\Python3.6为我的python安装目录，需要对应自己的安装目录。变量值：python安装目录\Lib\site-packages\PyQt5\Qt\plugins
