mysql修改root用户的远程访问权限

我使用我项目软件登录MySQL，他提示（Authentication to host 'localhost' for user 'root' using method "caching_sha2_password' failed with message: Access denied for user• 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)）错误。在网上查了好多资料。都没有解决。有没有什么办法解决！！
