基于python的opencv识别,代码没错，运行不成功，如何解决？

完全按教程敲的代码，然后以为是cvzone软件包版本过高下个低版本的后试了不行再下回最新版本的cvzone软件包然后调试出现了以下问题

你的编译器是不是在你使用cv2的时候没有代码提示功能
