Anaconda陷入奇怪的怪圈：
没办法conda install任何东西
错误不是CondaError: Cannot link a source that does not exist.就是An HTTP error occurred when trying to retrieve this URL. HTTP errors are often intermittent, and a simple retry will get you on your way.
换了很多个源都不行
网上对于CondaError的解决办法是重装
但是彻底卸载需要anaconda-clean
但是intall anaconda-clean又会出现上述问题
安装包在运行应该可以删除吧。或者直接删了，环境变量也删掉吧
装个miniconda也不错。
