Hisat2的比对结果可以用cufflinks进行组装吗，我想做lncRNA，看到大部分workflow是用bowtie2+tophat2+cufflinks，但bowtie2建的库tophat2一直报错说error: reads_prep pipe broken，所以改用hisat2比对了。
