Vuforia导入后报错问题，uwp平台使用，如何解决？

Vuforia 10.11导入出现这个问题
Platform name 'GameCoreScarlett' not supported.
Supported platform names:
"Android",
"CloudRendering",

然后试了一下9.6.3就没有报错，不知道为什么，望指点

报错提示就是只支持安卓和云渲染
