springmvc项目出错

问题遇到的现象和发生背景

在maven项目下的target配置文件里面报错，原src下的配置文件没有报错。加上targe没有jsp文件，tomcat运行时跳转404

我的解答思路和尝试过的方法

刚开始项目里面没有target文件，后面我尝试弄了一下，就搞出来了，但是打开一个配置文件都报错了，而且target里面没有jsp页面文件

想要可以运行tomcat跳转到main.jsp页面
