Vscode调试时断点不停止，手动重新编译后停止

直接加断点，然后F5, 程序会直接运行，不会停在断点处。而当加了断点之后手动shift ctrl加b，然后再调试就会停在断点处。如何解决这一现象，不用手动重新编译？

应该是加的断点还是按照编译之前的代码去定位的，参考下这个
