windows上Android Studio运行RN项目遇到的Could not install the app on the device

按照网上说的方法都试过了就是运行不起来
运行adb devices

虚拟设备起来了

运行 react-native run-android

sdk也配置了，有能解一下惑为啥没跑起来么。网上方法都试了，都没用
