右击开始菜单选择“windows powershell（管理员）”再输入“python -m pip install --upgrade pip”这个命令就好了
换国内源。。。。。。。
你这个地址要fq，换清华镜像下载
换个镜像或者多试几次，就可以了
您好如果您使用python3.x 可以试试看把pip换成pip3.exe 或者 pip3 之前我使用macos装python 3.x 插件也是这个问题 换成pip3就ok
