Keli5无法编译报错C9580E

keil5编译一直报错，

Error: C9580E: CT.Compiler5 is not available with the current toolkit and license. Check that ARM_TOOL_VARIANT is set correctly.

换了好几个注册机也没有解决，求指点！

注册机这样配置

注册时要以管理员身份运行Keil
