关于#MySQL#的安装问题，如何解决？(操作系统-windows)

MySQL安装到initalizing database的时候直接就是一个红×,以下是部分错误日志,有没有智者知道怎么回事,请赐教(之前百度的是计算机名是中文的问题,改成全英文还是不行):
