导入hpptx模块时报错

httpx和http2都安装好了 在导入的时候httpx模块时 ，无论是3.6python版本的spyder，还是pycharm镜像python3.9 都提示报错

DLL load failed while importing _ssl: 找不到指定的模块。

卸载重装 换各种版本都试过了

请问如何解决，感谢
