Direct3D的PresentParameters 类怪现象

机器是老机器,2007年左右的,用的是win7系统
装了个 vs2019 C#开发环境,简单用 windows窗体.net建立个小程序

机器好响,窗口干着急不出来,没有报错

改成:
PresentParameters presentParameters = null;
private void Form1_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
presentParameters = new PresentParameters();
}
问题依旧,屏蔽//presentParameters = new PresentParameters();
PresentParameters presentParameters = null;
private void Form1_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
//presentParameters = new PresentParameters();
}
再改:
PresentParameters presentParameters;
private void Form1_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
}
好了,窗口出来了,这嘛意思,欺负人吗?另外:
private Device device = null;
VertexBuffer vertexBuffer = null;
会出现同样的问题

这啥原因,有人遇到过吗?

是系统的Direct3D没设置好吗
